UK Checkers Ads Admin

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how UK Checkers ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with UK Checkers Ads Admin (the "Service"), a web application that connects to Google Ads accounts owned and managed by our team to display advertising statistics in one dashboard. The Service is available only to authorized members of our team.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by UK Checkers. You can contact us at sumba@ukcheckers.co.uk.

2. Information the Service accesses

When an authorized team member signs in with Google and approves access, the Service requests the following permission through Google OAuth:

Permission (OAuth scope)Data accessedWhy
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords (Google Ads API) Google Ads account data of the accounts we own: campaign, ad group and keyword names and settings; performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, costs and conversions; account identifiers. To display advertising statistics and prepare internal reports.

We also store the OAuth credentials (including a refresh token) issued by Google so that the connection keeps working. We use the email address of the signing-in team member only to identify the connected account.

The Service does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar or any other Google user data. It does not collect personal information from members of the public, does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and does not set advertising cookies.

3. How we use the information

We use the information solely to provide the Service's reporting features: showing campaign, keyword and cost statistics and generating internal reports about our own advertising. We do not use it for any other purpose.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

UK Checkers Ads Admin's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In line with those requirements:

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties. Data may be disclosed only where required by law or to protect our legal rights and the security of the Service.

6. Storage, security and retention

Data and credentials are stored on access-controlled systems, protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS), and are available only to authorized members of our team. We keep reporting data and credentials only for as long as the Google account remains connected to the Service and the data is needed for reporting. When access is revoked or the connection is removed, we delete the stored credentials and the associated Google Ads data.

7. Revoking access and deleting your data

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Children

The Service is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
